Public Storage

We were robbed. Items stolen from storage. Public Storage units are vulnerable to theft. Officers who responded confirmed thatnother Public Storage location experienced theft as well. Drywall connecting units is breached. Gates are left open. Difficult to impossible to communicate with the property or company. Facility has no security cameras in hallways/corridors. No one should rent from this location or others.

This Public storage is professional and friendly. Jessica went above and beyond to make the storage process easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to help with any questions made my experience with Public Storage exceptional. Highly recommend her.
