DW is a big help. I came to this property with family a few times. The last time I was there DW assisted us and really made sure we understood the full vacate process. I'm a caretaker and he really made sure my nephew understood and that's not so simple sometimes. He ended up staying there as a customer because the location is convenient and he helped us understand our price is actually pretty good.

DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE!!! They are infested with rats and do not help you or do anything about it. The guy at the front desk was no help with the situation and had the audacity to say “I’m not an exterminator” when I asked him what they do about the situation. There were 3 DEAD rats in my unit and a dead rat inside one of my boxes. The guy said they have an exterminator come once a week but I could hear rats crawling in the walls and on the ceiling. Also it smelled so bad like rats and poop it made all my stuff reek. I asked the guy if they go inside or clean up and he said no we don’t go inside the unit. He literally was useless and kept saying “idk what they do we don’t go inside the unit” Worst customer service ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! ZERO STARS!

First time at this location for storage needs. DW has been very helpful on site, appreciate his support in keeping everything clean and helping out when needed! Overall decent location, easily accessible and not over crowded.
