The best experience with Ecran at The West LA location. He’s the epitome of professionalism and CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have always been able to get transparency and help whenever he’s available on site. We highly recommend working with him because some other people in the past have been extremely negligent, but he has made up for all their shortcomings instead.

I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location. The manager (Ercan) was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. The facility is clean, secure, and well-managed. Highly recommend thank you for the great service!
