Dear Public Storage Customer Service Team / Management, I am writing to formally recognize and commend the great customer service I recently received at one of your facilities. As a loyal tenant for over three years, I have utilized storage units at both your North Hollywood and Glendale locations. During my most recent visit, I successfully completed the process of transferring from one unit to another—a task that can sometimes involve complexities related to paperwork, access, and coordination. The manager/trainer, Omar, along with his colleague Deeann (who may have been in a training capacity), provided outstanding support throughout the entire interaction. They demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process while ensuring all terms and conditions were clearly communicated. Their seamless teamwork was particularly noteworthy; they collaborated effectively to make the experience efficient, stress-free, and genuinely positive. In an era where personalized, attentive service is increasingly valued, Omar and Deeann exemplified the highest standards of customer care. Their approach not only helped me achieve my objective smoothly but also reinforced my confidence in Public Storage as a reliable company for my storage needs. Beware of bugs! We rented for 3 years and just moved out. Our items were ruined and we had to trash most everything. The units are not fully enclosed, the top is open with a metal cage like covering so you’re not protected from other units. We found moths, bed bugs, and carpet bugs. The insurance they offer only covers up to $250 for vermin and we’ve lost thousands. Terrible experience!

We are in the process of vacating our unit at this public storage. We arrived around 1030 am on 8/25/24. There was multiple carts available in the lot. So we took two because we are vacating the property and we are pressed on time. On our 3rd trip down to the u-haul this couple approached us and asked for one of the carts. We explained that we are moving out and would have it for about another hour or so. This property leaves carts everywhere you just have to go to the next building and look. Well they got mad and told the worker Logan. In less then 15 minutes Logan comes up to our unit and states that it is one cart per person and took one of the cart from us. There isn’t any signs that state any cart rules besides the on that says, “Carts provided for your convenience Available during office hours The next customer appreciates”. I don’t know what the couple told him but he started to stock us. We ran out of the room in the uhaul and the cart that we were using had a load of stuff on it. We decided to locked it up in the unit because we were going to leave and make more room and come right back. Before we even left the property (we were fixing the truck) we got a miss call from public storage. Logan left a message saying that there is a problem with our unit(message was check when we arrived at home).We left and came back 30 minutes later to find our storage unit was over locked with a public storage lock. We did not have a late payment or anything. We went to talk to Logan and right off the back he gave us attitude so I gave it right back. He stated we were steeling the cart by locking in the unit and we should have told him what was going on so we could avoid the over lock. He didn’t want to unlock our unit until we explain to him what was going on. He finally got up and walked us to the unit to un lock it and as he walked away he said aggressively “I’m telling you again not to keep the cart in the unit or this will keep happing ”. Idk what’s up with this dude he obviously was targeting us and made a call to our phone when we were on the property. If he had a problem he could have just walked up to us. This isn’t my first time have a problem with Logan and it suck’s cause every other staff member there is alway helpful and kind. Posted picture of where the carts are stored. No signs in site stated what Logan claimed.
