James in Pasadena off jumpers hole was amaze balls. He answered every question and even let me tour the unit to make sure it was the right size. He explained billing, insurance, locks, how to enter and exit, and so many other things and did not rush through just to finish up the transaction even when I was digging in my humongous purse for my id lol. Best customer service 👌🏾 kudos.

I’ve had a storage unit here since 2022. Today, I cleared it out and downsized to a smaller unit. Otto was very helpful with my transfer. The facility is always clean and professional run. The premises are very secure. It’s a great self-storage facility.

This place is clean and smells good. They also have great, helpful staff. Jennifer is awesome! They also have boxes, locks, and other useful items for sale. The lock came in handy for me.
