Thank you so much, Sam and Jose! I got my unit today and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond, and made sure everything was signed and completed quickly. Thanks to them, I was able to move my things in easily and without any stress. Update as of 1/28/26: The workers continue to go above and beyond to find solutions for the customers at this location! Jose was the absolute best and was handling a dozen tasks all at the same time, including snow removal of the driveways, and still made sure to stop and give me plenty of his time and help me with my move out process from my unit! The Public Storage team is amazing, but certainly beware of the prices on the units themselves. They will go up QUICKLY! It only took 3 months of me paying the “online price” before it was raised over $100 a month! Just be aware that the online prices are not to be believed. But if you know that going in, the team at this location will be there to help you every single step of the way. Thanks again to Jose!! Original Review: Workers at this location are the most fabulous crew of any storage location I’ve ever used! Peter and Jaden are so courteous, kind and work for each and every one of the customers at the location to make people feel heard and helped! If you have any question of using this space, definitely feel certain that the crew here will be great!

Excellent service!! I moved into this storage facility today and had a great experience thanks to Jose. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, helping me select the right unit and walking me through everything I needed to know. I would absolutely recommend this location based on the team and service provided!

This happened to me last month. I didn’t even call customer service because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle, so I just paid it. And now the same thing is happening again this month. What’s ridiculous is that I was never a month late — I was only one or two days late, and they still force you to pay almost double. When you call customer service, they are absolutely no help. I also spoke directly with the branch, and they told me to call customer service. When I called, they refused to help because I don’t have a driver’s license, and they wouldn’t even look up my account using my passport — even though I rented this place using my passport. As everyone knows, you can’t rent a place without valid identification. On top of that, the customer service representatives don’t even listen. They talk over you constantly, refuse to let you finish a sentence, and continue repeating their own script without acknowledging or responding to what you’re actually saying. It feels like you’re not being heard at all. The representative then told me to go there in person and “update my ID information.” I told them this is not my problem — it’s a problem with their system. I already provided my identification when I rented the place. Just because they can’t see it now doesn’t make it my responsibility. At this point, no one helps you in any way. The customer service is terrible, the fees are outrageous, and you can suddenly find yourself paying double or even triple the amount unexpectedly. They don’t give you any grace period at all — if you miss the payment date, even slightly, within a week you’re hit with extremely high charges. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It honestly couldn’t have been worse. I have 2 units. This one is just one you can see the fees on the picture.

Sam & Jose go above and beyond with their customer service—always friendly, professional, and ready to help. The facility is spotless, secure, and very well cared for. Their hard work and commitment truly stand out. I highly recommend this place!
