I’ve been a customer at this location for quite some time and my experiences with Judith is why I stay. She is a total gem! She is truly amazing and has such a rare, genuine way of making people feel seen and valued. It’s one thing to be good at your job, but she truly knows how to treat human beings with heart. This company is incredibly lucky to have her representing them; she’s a total game-changer! Thank you Judith for everything you do for us!!

They randomly raised their monthly rate for my 10x10 non-climate controlled unit from like $128 a month to $178 a month plus the $15 a month for insurance. I’m paying almost $200 a month for a pretty subpar storage unit. I haven’t had the time or opportunity to move everything in it to another facility yet. Trust me I’ll be switching ASAP. I wish I would’ve know about the price gauging before using this place.

Good price for the unit but the quick rate increase after joining, billing errors, and confusion with customer service have been frustrating for a storage unit. I've had to be vigilant. They do have good rates here though. You get what you pay for.
