Public Storage

So I just want to give a big thank you to Forest, Gwyneth, Alina and Chris at the Bloomington locations. There was a glitch in the computer when I first started trying to rent and these four individuals gave me personal attention and solved it with a positive outcome. Employees like this are hard to come by so Public Storage should applaud all four of them for their dedication to customers. And I hope to see them in the future as I come and go for my storage unit.

This place is ridiculously over priced. The staff is rude and cold on phone and in person... The guy in charge told me I could run to my locker quick if I followed someone else in becauae I didnt have my code and was in a rush to grab my dress shoes for my daughters wedding. Apparently after I went through the gate he changed his mind and CALLED THE COPS TO GET ME ARRESTED!!!!!! All of a sudden I had 2 squads pull up on me almost arresting me on my daughters wedding day. Im still mad 4 months later!!! The nerve. I was humiliated and had my girlfriends son with and I cant remember being so embarrassed. I felt 3" tall. I will never use these guys again. When I called the corporate number they told me it was my fault and I should've been arrested!!!!! Even though the guy told me that he couldn't let me in but I could follow someone else in and he couldn't do anything about it. So I did.... then surrounded by police minutes later like I was a criminal. He even LIED to the cops about what he said and my reason for being there. If you know a good lawyer that would take this case I'd love to make these guys accountable for treating me like a crook, making false claims to the police to get me in trouble and the massive amount of embarrassment and shame they put me through. Never again.

I wouldn’t refer anyone to rent from this company. This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to not only did they lose my storage room they had me waiting around for two hours while I had paid Movers with me when I was first moving in that’s the first red flag second red flag. The elevators didn’t work. They expected the movers to walk them up the stairs then I get a phone call asking me to write a review. I go to the storage unit yesterday literally yesterday and they lost my storage locker and I had to call corporate make a report then they found my storage locker. They had it listed as abandoned cut. My lock went inside. My unit just violated me in all kinds of ways and then I get a phone call stating they think they found my unit. You would think this particular area would be a nicer area due to it being in Richfield not at all run run run. Not to mention this has been going on since September 30 and I have been trying to contact the district manager for over two weeks. Never got a phone call every time I call Lynn she’s never in nothing is done unless you come in person and then they stall you out Not highly recommended at all not recommended at all.
