UPDATE: Despite having moved out last week, I was given a $50 “Non-Compliance” fee because my car had a flat tire. A flat tire I had already replaced prior to moving out. As expected, when I call the property to speak to the manager, no one is ever actually working at this location to answer the phone. By contrast, the competition down the road that charges A LOT less for vehicle storage, has posted office hours and has someone available to answer the phone to help resolve issues right away. When I moved in my parking space cost roughly $80 a month. A year later they wanted $160 for the same outdoor parking space. Nearly every time I called the office no one answered because no one ever seems to actually physically work there, but if there was ever an issue with my car they didn’t hesitate to leave a message saying I would get a $50 charge if it wasn’t addressed immediately. The competition down the street costs half as much and actually have people in the office to help when needed.

Love these guys! Josh, the district manager, helped me fill out my reservation online. Both he and Hunter were so patient and answered all my questions. Great company and excellent customer service. 10/10 👍

We purchased a 10x20 garage unit which we were assured my Yukon would fit. At the last minute, right before my flight, I came to store my truck and it did not fit, as promised. We purchased a new home out of town and received a call from Hunter. Even though I canceled the service I paid for and never used, he was very rude and told me if we do not remove the lock we would continue to be charged. I politely asked him to remove the lock and dispose of it (at my cost) because I was out of town and could not get there for a few months. He declined and hung up on me. How unprofessional.
