Public Storage

I've had a storage cubbie here before it was a small one that I had to climb the stair ladder, I now have a decent size unit that I can access easily and can finally have some space back in my room. And it's definitely affordable!! And great location for the most part nice staff. The only complaint I have is not being able to call and talk to whoever is working, and that they don't have a buzzer or a number to call or a way to contact whoever is working when there is no one in the office.

Been renting a storage unit here for five years haven’t been over here in a couple years. Literally no dumpster or anywhere to dispose of anything. The bathroom is out of commission this place is worthless and not worth the money. No customer service present… and now it’s saying that my access code is invalid even though it let me in so now I have two carts full of stuff that I can’t even get down to my car.

I've been here for 45 minutes now and haven't been able to get a cart to unload my car. The office guy has been super helpful - he walked around the entire building looking for one for me. But he says there are only 3, one of which is broken, and management is unwilling to buy more. Boo. Otherwise, I've been pretty happy with this spot, but this is ridiculous.
