Mau Vaifale is absolutely phenomenal awesome amazing at her job. She has a calm patient personality. I met with her when I waa trying to decide moving into a bigger different unit. She was so nice. Showed me two options, gave me space to make my decision. When i made my decision, she walked me through the billing process, explained exactly what to expect etc. Such a great team player. It is such hard working team members that make it easy for us to choose Public Storage as my preferred company. Thank you Mau.

Welcoming experience at the door. My family needed to find somewhere to put our things fast and Mau went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed. From size unit to boxes needed. I have stored with many different storage places and this was by far the best thanks to this one woman. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Public Storage. The staff was very helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions. They even showed us several units in person so we could get a better sense of the sizes before deciding, which made the process much easier. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated the extra effort and friendly service — it made the whole experience stress-free.
