Yet another time I try to bring things to my storage unit. I can’t get on of 5 carts lined up in the Office, because of course there is no one there and the door is locked. My unit is right next to the elevator, so it shouldn't be that inconvenient, but of course that elevator is broken, as it usually is, and now I have to carry all of my things by hand across the building from the back elevator. Notably, I was stuck between floors in this elevator for 20 minutes, until the firefighters could come let us out just a few weeks ago. Been a customer for 2.5 years. Many hundreds of dollars a month. They know how hard switching is and I feel totally trapped. What an awful place.

I find the employees always very pleasant. On my recent visit there were no carts in the office, and yet there were only a couple cars in the parking lot so I thought well they’re not that busy, where are the carts? The Employee followed me back to the parking lot and said he would g investigate Warning . He found carts and brought one to me. I thought that was exceptionally nice of him to do so.

Tee is amazing, incredible customer service & knows her stuff! She also took the time to educate me on everything that would help me with a storage unit that I had to check in on and clear out! One downside, the elevators don’t work sometimes.
