Esther was so helpful getting me into a bigger unit. She guided me through the entire process, and even let me know when the location was less busy and saved me a cart so it was easy to move between buildings. Everyone at this Public Storage location has always been very helpful, and the site itself is clean and well cared for. Highly recommend storing your things here, just keep an eye on rent increases.

Esther has been such a joy and blast to work with! Know that if you’re looking for off site storage at affordable price public storage has a great short term deal. She helped me with my stuff and made the process here so simple and very clear with the policies, procedures and walk through with the units. I’ve had to make multiple calls and she’s been very attentive compared to the other staff; a matter of fact, the other onsite manager (did not get his name but has long hair, a bit larger…) will kind of deter you This particular public storage complex is one of the strange area ones with very different hours of operation but they’re open very early and close early!

I checked out this Public Storage on Marin street when I was looking for off-street parking for my camper van. I ended up not renting from them in the end, but Esther, the associate on duty while I checked it out, went above and beyond to help me. After I had submitted the initial entry form online, she called me to ask what kind of vehicle I was storing, because their parking lot is a bit awkwardly sized and she wanted me to know up front there was the possibility my van could get nicked by other tenants. She then met me at the facility to show me what she meant, and was extremely helpful in discussing how my van might possibly fit and how Public Storage's rental agreements work. I didn't have my van with me at the time to check its fit, I wasn't able to bring it by until the next day, and she went so far as to call her district manager to ensure my rental agreement could be canceled for a full refund if I found the van wouldn't fit the next day. I ended up finding a better parking solution that same day and canceled my rental with PS and she was genuinely happy I found something better. Esther really wanted the best, safest solution for my van! Will absolutely check out this facility again if I have storage needs in the future.
