Today I contacted the Trojan office and was received with customer service above and beyond 5 Starz! Ashley was courteous, respectful, grateful for my timely call on behalf of my daughter, and joyfully humorous and fun. Ashley is an awesome, amazing and excellent asset to your company! If I ever need storage I will come here! And recommend your location because of Ashley! Many thanks!

My review is more about the service offered by Shellenakay who manages the property. She has been super helpful, friendly, and also patient with all our questions! She was incredibly responsive to our calls. This facility is much like other facilities, but she was the reason we wanted to use this particular PS facility. Kudos!

This is the second time I brought a friend here and definitely not the last. Shalleenakaye is truly a rock star! Super knowledgeable and friendly, awesome customer service. Helped my friend find a short term solution for their moving process in no time at all. The lot itself is super secure despite being on Aurora. Buddy has no regrets.
