We are planning to move to Simi Valley and were looking to get a 10x15 unit. We came to this location and Katie greeted us and made it SO EASY to rent a unit. She was thorough, professional and such a delightful person. I highly recommend this place and Katie is your go to person for your storage needs.

Great facility! It was easy to rent a space online. The instructions to enter, lift the door and use the lock were easy to follow. Unit is easy to access. This made storage a breeze.A++

I couldn't get my lock to open and Katie was here today. She was extremely professional and helpful. She also helped me to update my payment method. And she help me to purchase a lock and told me that they would for free cut the other lock off of my storage. She's going to contact me when that's done. And I'm extremely grateful to Katie she was wonderful!!
