Nancy (24/7) unless you’re mad at her, then she’s Sharon. Front receptionist is very attentive and she knows how to handle business with grace and a sense of humor. She helped me out where I thought wasn’t possible. Keep on the great costumer service

Nancy was such a helpful and accommodating manager. She supported me and moving from a larger unit to a smaller one. And supported me with any questions and advice I needed in relation to having a good experience with public storage. Two things I would mention our number one she probably needs more help. I know there were sometimes that it might have been useful to have another person on staff. And secondly, sometimes it was difficult to find a cart. I always found one however I would recommend that they get a few more for the customers to transport within the facility! Thank you!

Ms.Nancy was amazing, she helped me the whole way through and was understanding of my time frames(meeting up to move things in&out). I would rent a unit here again. In a world where customer service is beneath hell, Nancy provided a heaven on earth experience while I was going through hell, true blessing to me(and my family).
