I buy storage lockers online and I bought or I got a storage locker for for free as an offer at public storage on Eaton Street in Saint Paul it’s the second one that I had there and when they don’t sell up a unit they put it up for offer for free or they repost they put it up for an offer and I accepted it then I tried to go pick it up and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody and I went there and there was nobody there and I did that for three days and you only have 48 hours to clean it out but I called and talked to somebody else that the company not the storage facility and they kept telling me that they were gonna have the manager called me. The manager was gonna call me he never called me all weekend then I look online and here they have the same storage locker back online for sale and up for auction and somebody bought it so I just didn’t get the locker no explanation. Nobody called me to tell me that they reposted it and I went there three times and they absolutely don’t do anything about it they didn’t care that man should not have reposted that he knew I was coming to pick up the locker up. And he reposted it before the 48 hours was up I think it’s a bunch of crap and I wouldn’t go there and give them any any business at all, cause they’re never there they don’t answer the phone they don’t call you back they suck. Just wasting my gas making three trips there for nothing and they absolutely do not care.

Before I rent here, calling them was super fast and easy. After 3 months, my rent suddenly jump from $120 to $170. I have been calling them for a week now to ask why, and what's the reason for a big increase. I left mutiple voicemail but never receive a phone call back. This is unacceptable. Don't rent here.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I was supposed to have a unit here but when I arrived yesterday the unit was locked and there was no one in the office to unlock it. I took off work to move and I received e mails and text saying the space was ready! It was locked and inaccessible! I called and left messages but no one is in the office! If you see this please know you lost a customer and please keep to office hours or post office hours of availability on your office door!! Be more professional!
