I found this location to be very convenient for me and the process quite easy. I was fortunate to have Sandy help me find my unit and explain other details. She is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. I was impressed with how orderly the facility is also. My unit was swept clean and secure, the lighting is great. Thank you, Sandy for all your help and Public Storage! I recommend this location to anybody needing their service.

This was my first time using public storage and most definitely won’t be the last, the process of my move out did overwhelm me til I found public storage I didn’t even have to go inside to reserve my storage I called 1:30sec I had my locker number picked up my key. The day of my move in was a breeze and this wonderful soul SANDY was absolutely amazing she made the move in process stress free and I highly appreciate her for that because moving annoys me but she made my day 1000000/10 Thank you public storage on Arlington And thank you Sandy-Cheeks 🐿️♥️

Absolutely superb customer service from Sandy! She was quick and efficient on handling my last minute appointment. I wish the location offered more than one cart to assist with hauling bulky and heavy items to and from car. The PIN is texted to the customer as soon as the unit is rented via online. There are two entry gates with multiple entrances. Decent amount of office and parking space for customers. Renting online limits on selecting the unit location from the vacant units. Would love to see in the future the freedom to select unit location.
