Outstanding service from Adam. He was professional, supportive and stayed on the phone talking me through the process of renting 2 units online using the Public Storage app. My rental will be long term and Adam discussed the benefits of prepaying to prevent possible rent increases during my rental period. I felt Adam provided first-rate customer service and his communication skills were excellent. Encouraged me to call him at any time with questions / concerns during my rental period.

Things started out rocky at first because customer service over the phone quoted me a price for what I thought was a good deal. I specifically asked for a large storage unit that would fit a full living room, a bed with 2box springs. A sectional with two large couches, large ottoman and a medium sized chair, four TV’s(,55”,2 40” and a 35”). I had over 5 bins , about 20 xl bags of clothes. When we got to the storage unit it was a small unit, not even big enough for all that I had. Honestly I was not in a good mood after finding out about having to move and to make matters worse the storage couldn’t have fit all of my belongings in it( the storage). However Adam at the Montreal office in st.Paul , who deserves a better pay rate for all he deals with,with having to work with angry customers ( I’m sure all the time) but also for having to settle the issue that another employee caused. Adam went over and beyond the call of duty and and gave me the best customer service EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN AT PUBLIC STORAGE . I have been a customer times before now and I have to say that Adam was the most helpful and supportive employee of all the times I have been a customer. Adam deserves a lot more respect and appreciation for his service and I would appreciate seeing him get recognized for his hard work. I’m glad that I was able to work with him (Adam).please give him the respect and support he deserves.

I have been very disappointed in the facility but the customer service from Adam has been stellar! Excellent communication, responsive, great care in making sure I was clear about my rights as a customer. Thank you!
