I felt heard and you showed outstanding customer service. I just want to thank the upper management for reaching out by phone to hear my frustrations. You adjusted my rate and had me moved and accommodated my needs promptly. I am grateful for showing concern and care and I highly recommend you guys! This is an excellent storage facility with more options than any other in the Twin Cities! It is safe, clean, and well maintained. The staff of Janette, Janelle, and Ben have always been helpful and friendly!
