The customer service here was the best ever. All our questions were answered , explained, and we ended up storing our motoer home here. The manager was great and used an old fashioned customer service we haven’t seen in a long time. She was great. She was very knowledgeable and knew her storage facility like the back of her hand. Our account is under my boyfriend’s name-George Morris. It was a great experience and we were happy knowing our Motorhome would be safe and taken great care. Thank you.

Came in today on site West Charter way location. Lisa was awesome. She helped me with my situation and I couldn’t say enough, but thank you very professional and understanding of my situation.

There is never any one onsite to help or answer questions. You can call and no one will answer. I have made two appointments with onsite staff & one no showed me & the other one was cancelled because staff was requested at another site location. There are two elevators to the second floor, one has been broken for over two months now & now the last and only other elevator is broken leaving no access to the second floor. On top of that, there are no maps to the staircase locations. Good luck trying to find a staircase in an emergency in that maze. I am not happy with the service I have received so far.
