Very easy process getting a unit online. Management called to welcome me and was very friendly. Unit is very clean. If you're a wheelchair user, you'll need a ramp to get into the unit itself. There's like 6" step to get inside the storage unit.

Just want to let the American public know that public storage Is it an American corporation that is solely designed to rip off the American public? I have rented my storage unit here for over 6 years. My first month's rent was $196 a month within the first 6 months they started raising the rent and they never stopped since. I am currently now paying $396 a month for the same unit that I was paying $196 for there is no reason for them to be raising my rent and in order for me to get my unit cost back to what it was when I first started, I would have to rent a whole another unit and move my stuff into it but they told me that there's a loophole preventing me from doing that it is so Un-American for American corporations like this to exist and rip off the American public do yourself a favor and do not ever rent here

Craig was very helpful and also help me in person when I couldn’t get to finish it online or even login online. He was very nice of helping us each step of the way and show us where our stall is at. If he didn’t call and ask then I wouldn’t able to get through to anyone right away and I was happy how I got the help and information that was needed. He was kind enough to help sweep up the stall and had it clean before I go back to bring some stuff to put in. Much appreciated.
