Excellent customer service. Thank for the manager, I’m sorry I missed your name though you told me, with dedicated service. I had a small personal issue and she took action immediately and resolved this without hesitation. I’ll add that the facility and grounds are always clean of debris and my unit was clean walking in the first time. Will recommend to anyone that needs storage.

Public storage was a great choice for me to have made for my upcoming storage needs. The price and promotion were very attractive and affordable. Nicole at the front desk, and the answering operator was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. The location was ideal and close to my home. ​I recently won an auction for a storage. and I have to say, it was a great experience. The unit was exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and easy. ​I especially want to give a shout-out to the manager, Karen. She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I was picking up the contents of the unit. She made sure I had everything I needed and was a pleasure to talk to. Her great attitude and professionalism made the whole process much more enjoyable. The staff, especially Karen, are fantastic!
