This place advertised prices, I went in person to secure price and locker. Moved in great. The following month I get email saying we are raising your rent rate!! Now every month I can hardly pay for what I agreed to pay, what I planned to pay, what I shopped around for that price, but no you immediately bait and switch me then pile on late fees every month now, lock me out, threaten to sell my stuff. This is not my first storage I know stuff gets auctioned and you must pay your bill but you guys cheated me plain and simple. You've created hardship in my life every month now and extra stress and it feels like you're swindling me quietly every month now. Disgusting and you are the worst storage place I've rented at. Customer service wise too. I once rented from a place that treated me so so so so much better and I did nothing to deserve it. Y'all are spineless here and just care about that dollar.

Kennedy was simply amazing today, when I moved into the unit. I was expecting 0 customer service plus a hostile attitude based on past experiences. However, Kennedy made my day by being so kind and helpful and treating me like a VIP. When I arrived, she already knew my name, she made the move-in process stress-free, and she opened doors for me and even assisted in the moving process on several occasions! I was always so surprised to be treated so kindly at this type of facility, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Everything has been so smooth from the initial quote to the actual move-in! Thanks to Kennedy, this is really a top notch facility!
