I RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM THIS PLACE! I advised them I was clearing my unit and left a week early. They refused to prorate the charges and refused to re-imburse me back that week. They have bare-bones, outside storage units with no lighting. Their perimeter fence got broken and never fixed, even after I told them I was concerned. Then my unit got broken into. They gave me a free month or rent. They put a plywood sheet to cover the broken fence. I worried if my stuff was truly secure after that. I moved to Extra Space!!! Climate controlled, inside, and more secure storage units that cost less and will prorate if you leave early or leave mid term. I had to put 1 star because I can't rate without a star! DON'T RENT FROM HERE!

Do Not Rent from this place!!! I set everything up on line. They took my money, gave me a gate access key and then called me to verify my rental. I tried to move in, got through an open gate, could not find my rental room and then got locked in! My gate code did not work, the aisles were very narrow and it was difficult to drive around and find someone to let me out. No one answered the phone and the 1 800 was a computerized nightmare. Then, no one keeps proper office hours. They took practically $60 and no rental. No one there on a Saturday in the middle of the day. Other people moving out due to lack of proper care. This place is a hoax. And I never properly signed the agreement yet they charged me anyway. Awful. The manager has contacted me one business day later. They are respecting my experience and refunding me the cost. She also assured me that they are going to have full time staff within the next week. She was attentive and responsible. I am still choosing to use a different facitily. Their aisles are too narrow and their 800 number for after hours is a scam and their climate control is swamp cooler so it wouldn't have worked. I appreciate the integrity of this site manager and if it were a business I needed, I would gladly work with her. This price of this rental is low due to the way it is constructed. Please be aware.
