Safeguard Self Storage

I moved in to Safeguard Storage 8 years ago which is a long time ago I Faithfully paid my rent every month but it disgustingly went up to $412 a month I'm trying to establish myself after taking care of my mom who had Alzheimer's she passed away and now my journey begins with regaining some footing in my life so I move my things out on Saturday the 28th of February during my move out Jim the employee proceeded to nip it my ankles figuratively all day first he comes up and says I can't use two carts then he was following me on the third floor with his cleaning cart staring at me as he walked down the hall several times then the other day he called me and said that my lock wasn't on the locker properly and then he claims I was going to be moving out on Sunday so he puts a padlock on my door I came to the place and had the lock removed because apparently I had not pushed over the slider correctly and the only way that he would have known that is by him lifting up my door when I wasn't there the whole thing is just freaky and very uncomfortable nothing was missing but by the end of my move on the 28th he had people parking behind me my moving truck I was moving my stuff by myself up to my ramp so that it was very difficult for me to continue on moving my things getting up on the truck then he's telling me I had to move my truck all kinds of stuff to be hindering me harassing me the entire day I'm just going to say that this man is got a real problem and I would never do business with that place again as long as he's working there the woman that moved me in years ago she was great very knowledgeable very kind but this guy has got a real problem so be careful because he was just acting very strange and didn't know what he was doing and then he jumps all over you and you're trying to move out making you feel like you're doing something wrong I couldn't wait to get out of there and thankfully I got out of there

This was our first experience with a storage facility. It was a great first experience. Our goal was 6 months and we were able to achieve our goal of clearing the unit out in that time. The facility was always clean and Jim was always helpful whenever I had a question. Lee up the good work.

I called several storage companies to gather information about their availability and services. By far Jim was the most diligent and professional.
