Samson Storage

Samson Storage worked great for us. We rented a unit there for 7 years, and ended the rental only because we moved out of the city. The facilities were great. The passageways to the units were very clean and well-lit. The building was consistently cool, which helped maintain our items. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained. We always felt safe. And, the management is very responsive--text, email, or phone. If you need storage around the area, I'd recommend Samson Storage.

The place is deplorable, without bathroom, without water to wash hands, without trash can, and full of homeless, rats and bugs,disgusting, its service therefore disgusting, far from being professional and completing its lack of responsibility and courtesy, in addition to that they send me a scam bill, after I returned the unit they tried to charge in my credit card $ 850.00 , when I called to claim my security deposit ,they keep saying "the check is in the mail". Every time I called Su and Joe had different story.

I’ve been storing with Samon Storage for nearly 5 years and have been very pleased with the facility, managment and business hours. I highly recommend storing with them to support local mom and pop businesses. I’m very happy with Samson Storage!

Updating my review: now that I have secured a unit, I will say that this place is pretty clean and in a great location with very easy access. It is a little pricey but you are paying for the location.

This place is very clean and so conveniently located. Thanks for helping me out when I was in a bind. Very fairly priced combined with the excellent location and clean facility I’ll probably keep my unit long term.
