I had an excellent experience. I made my reservation online for a van and realized it was too small for the move. The attendant was helpful with his suggestions and luckily a 10' truck was available. It was the beginning of a long moving day for me, and this interaction definitely set a positive tone. Drop off was also easy. I highly recommend this location. If I find the name of the gentleman who helped me, I will update here. He is friendly and provides great customer service; he deserves the recognition 😊 Thank you for your help!

The bare-bones U-Haul truck rental service is exceptional in that there's a large 24-hr parking lot where you can leave/pick up your car when droppung off the rental truck!
