SecurCare Self Storage

I had a great experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The property is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure with the gated access and cameras. Ginger was very friendly and knowledge and took the time to help me choose the right unit size without trying to upsell me.

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I rented what was supposed to be a “secure” CLIMATE controlled storage unit for 7-8 months. About 4 months in, I visited my unit just to see that my lock had been cut… while there I expressed my concern to the lady working on site (Ginger) she had the NASTIEST attitude and basically acted like me bringing the information to her was an inconvenience for her just because it was close to closing time. Upon this visit I realized that someone had gone into my unit and stolen 2 of my flat screen TVs. I quickly called the police and filled a police report. During this whole ordeal, the head manager was of no help at all, I couldn’t even get her on the phone until weeks after this whole situation took place. She told me that they reviewed the camera and that they didn’t see anything suspicious. Now the part that didn’t make sense about that is that the climate controlled units require a separate code from the font gate just to enter the building. On top of that, there’s only about 20 units per building, and I had an exact time frame on which someone would have done this. So you mean to tell me you revised the cameras and didn’t see someone leaving with 2 flat screen TVs ? I don’t believe that. I believe it was an inside job and that the manager and Ginger covered the entire thing up. This place is not secure and is run by thieves who have no respect for others. I’m genuinely not sure how they have 4.6 star rating on here. If you are in need of a storage I would advise any other place than this one.

Right off the bat, Ginger knew what I needed based upon my own personal situation. She was very kind and so polite. I’ve never rented a storage unit before, but she walked me through the process and what to expect. A+ service with this one! Everyone, come see Ginger if you’re thinking about renting out storage space!
