I LOVE this storage! Have friends who refered me over a year ago and I have refered family and friends who are still there. Clean, bug and vermin free,always clean and well lit ,the bathroom is always clean. The price is extremely reasonable and I definitely know my unit is safe and secure. The area is constantly patrolled and the security this storage provides is more than enough. What makes this service great is the customer service and manager . Friendly and helpful , both ladies make this an easy worry free experience! Thank you!

This is the worst storage on planet earth. This is the biggest scamming storage place on planet Earth. They will raise your rent rate over $70 every six months warning, warning, warning and 1 billion warnings to everybody that’s looking at this review. Next, let’s talk about the manager, I believe she is either white or Hispanic named Melissa. So when I got the email of the horrible scamming rental rate, I called her she answered the phone and guess what all of a sudden the phone start messing up…. ok fine phones messed up. I get it. I’ll call right back. She didn’t answer. I called back again. She didn’t answer and guess what now it’s been about almost 2 1/2 weeks and she has not called back. She doesn’t care about customers at all not only does she not care about customers, She only cares about herself. My first day that I came there which was only 6 months ago she asked me to write a review on her which I did. but I deleted that today after waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for a phone call back to discuss this egregious rental rate increase of over $70 and she never called back so she only cares about herself and only cares about getting reviews …..several people also live in their storage unit at this location. I’ve seen a few. I’m not gonna say …..but this is not a good and safe place to have your belongings because management doesn’t care the corporate doesn’t care they will never call you back to discuss any concerns that you have about anything …..take your business elsewhere to other companies who will call you back and who cares about any issues that arise that you want to discuss warning, warning, warning again to every soul that reads this review. Don’t come here…save your money from there fake low scamming into rates only to raise your rent price over $70 every 6 months. This business will have lots of karma from the divine realms that looks over every action of everyone and lots of loss of business for what they are doing in a very sneaky way to everyone. But I am here for l expose what is being done in the dark and bring it to the light. It’s time to expose all darkness. All liars, all scammers no matter how they are!!!!!

Michelle walked me through the entire process to get started, and I was pleased to see they offer small, medium, and large spaces for rent. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a positive impression. She assisted me in setting up an account and gave me a tour of the space, explaining how the entrance key works. I also learned that using the ladder, which I’d never tried before, would be straightforward. While I was in the parking lot, I spoke with another customer who shared their satisfaction with the storage space. It’s clear that the company is committed to hiring quality people.
