SecureSpace Self Storage Los Angeles Firestone

I’ve been through a lot there and reference SecureAttention space storage with them charging me different amounts. They charge everything when the system was down. I talked to Melissa over a month ago. She was supposed to call me back and never did but I want to say that REY really was professional, very professional, and took care of the problem when he didn’t have to. I would like you to keep him on your team because he’s a great. Person very respectable and knows how to take care of business. He was very nice in talking. He did what he had to do and I appreciate him, but I still wanna talk. Make a complaint about the self storage in itself and it does not have nothing to do with REY cause he was very professional and did his job to the fullest. We checked out a unit we reserved online and payed for my grandparent's storage unit and Vincent was super helpful. This storage has great employees who are always helpful and dedicated to their jobs. I would recommend 100%.

I like the place, its beautiful from the outside and it has grate security. but there is an infestation of mice. I have had this space for almost 2 month's I told the person in front office when I got my unit that it smelled bad, and i found mouse droppings in my storage unit. Kind of disappointed I think im going to have to look for a new storage facility
