Fantastic experience, especially with Charles. We found it very easy and convenient to unload our Pods after a cross-country move from NYC. Nice and convenient central location; very clean; great communication & easy quiet street to block off temporarily to unload our pod.

I rented a 9x14 unit here for 4 months and had a mostly positive experience with the facility itself. The location is convenient, access is easy during open hours, and I always felt safe with the security measures in place. However, there were two notable issues: 1. Lighting: The area where my unit was located had very poor lighting. Despite having a spacious unit, I had to use my phone flashlight every single time I accessed my storage, which was inconvenient and frankly a safety concern. I think installing a single motion-activated lightbulb in the storage room would make a huge difference for customers. 2. Customer Service: This was the most frustrating part of my experience, as I was consistently met with vague answers, impatience, and rudeness. When I specifically asked what happens if I go over my checkout date, instead of explaining the late fee policy, Charles told me "just come back when you're fully done, everyone checks out late anyway" -- no mention of fees. Days later, he suddenly told me there would be a late fee "on the 11th day." I was already a few days over at that point, forcing a last-minute scramble to avoid additional charges. At checkout, when I asked how many days I owed (the bill was hundreds of dollars), he dismissively said "I don't know" with a rude tone. When I requested an email receipt, he refused although the email option was clearly visible on the screen. This was hands-down the most unprofessional customer service I've experienced at any storage facility. Storage and moving out were already very stressful, and customer service should make it easier, not harder. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and emphasizes professionalism, patience, and respect when dealing with customers.
