Customer service is top notch. All staff members are very professional knowledgeable and friendly. The leadership of Elvia it’s reflected on the staff and on how well the facility is kept. Every person that walks in, even if they are with a customer is acknowledged with “thank you for coming in, we will be right with you”. That makes the wait a lot more pleasant. The storage units are super clean, I had my stuff for over 3 years and not one insect was found in my unit or belongings. Elvia, thank you for all that you do. Know that your leadership does not goes unseen. It reflects on every single corner of the facility and on how amazing you and your staff are. Whatever the reason is that people are needing a storage, you make it very easy knowing that our belongings are safe and in good hands. There are not enough words to tank you and to tell you know much I appreciate you and your leadership.
