Self-Storage at U-Haul

It was a stressful experience having to drive from Chicago to CT and then unloading my things and then returning the truck. However, the staff at Plainville , CT UHAUL made it so much better! They were friendly and got me a storage unit quickly. I had a tough time maneuvering the truck around to unload and Bobby, an employee saw that I needed help jumped in and helped me park the truck so that it would be easy for me to unload! He was a life-saver! By the way, the storage units are immaculately clean! Everyone at the Plainville UHAUL were super helpful from beginning to end! The owner is also a big advocate for animals & birds and while I was there, she rescued an injured hawk. I would definitely recommend this place for your needs because of the personal attention, communication and professionalism. Thank you!
