I need a storage unit ASAP and reached out to a friend who linked me with Sherry, who works the front. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only was she polite, respectfully, and helpful, but she was able to get me the promotion offered (even double-checking that it went through). I'll never choose another facility for storing my property! This place is gated with a unique code to enter; the units are secured and I feel comfortable knowing my entire life is safely locked away from people, pests, & the weather. 10/10, hands down, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! don't forget to ASK FOR SHERRY!! I promise you won't be disappointed!!

I already posted 5 stars with no review 4 yrs ago. But today I most definitely had to come back and leave a review for Self Storage One in The Eastpoint Location. The representative working there Sherry is the Best and so very polite. She understands people's problems and works with you. She will also let you be aware if your payment is due or overdue, so you have that chance of not losing your property there, since that's the little bit of things we have saved during our house fire 3 days before Christmas. She has always had patience with me being confused logging onto the computer. Sherry they hired an excellent employee!! Your the Best and Thank you so much much as well. Vincent Panian/Kathy Stokes
