Sherwood Self Storage

Highly recommend! I researched several storage places around the area and a friend recommended I check out Sherwood Self Storage. - First, the owners Paul & Amy are so nice and helpful! It was my first time to rent a unit and they assisted me with each step and helped determine which unit(s) were the best for my needs. - The facilities are so nice and always clean! - They drew me a map to easily find my unit(s). - Easy, but SECURE access. You have a unique code to get through the gate AND to enter the climate controlled units. Then you also have a key for your specific unit so I felt like my stuff was very safe. - There are cameras EVERYWHERE! Made me feel better when unloading things at night . - I was pleasantly surprised they had a promotion to get one month free AND also get a discount on a 2nd unit. - They own a list of other storage facilities around the area so plenty of room!

These guys are great. Rented monthly for at least 6 months. The units are clean and well kept. Security is savvy and customer service was always there to help. Thanks for the great experience guys

My first review was super positive and 5 stars because a few months ago we rented a unit and it all went smoothly and everything was wonderful. Today I rented another unit remotely, paid over the phone and got the receipt because we were going to get into town after their office hours. We got to the unit and it was locked and we were unable to access it to unload the moving truck. We will now have to pay over $100 to keep the moving truck an extra day. To say I am less than pleased and frustrated is an understatement. Update - The owners/managers went out of town and the assistant forgot to pull the locks. They were very apologetic the next morning and I realize mistakes happen as frustrating as they are sometimes. Changing the review back to 5 stars instead of 3 because they did own up to their mistake and said they would make it right.
