Signature Self Storage

I have a retail store in Columbus. We currently use this facility as our warehouse. It is very convenient due to it having it's own semi dock. We have multiple units here. Holly and Kevin have been so good to us since moving in. Holly has streamlined the process for using the dock, kept me on a list as more convenient units have come available, and cooperated with me to the point that I had to leave this review. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to keep things for any length of time. Thank you Holly and Kevin.

Office personal always friendly and helpful. Units VERY CLEAN. Easy in....easy out to store your things that need a constant temperature so as not to draw dampness. I've needed to change sizes and its been very easy and accommodating.

Was with this storage unit for two years and never had a problem until a few weeks ago I was in my storage unit and I saw some people walking down the aisle so I shut the door so I can go through my things in private and the manager was standing outside and told me I am not allowed to have my door shut while I’m in my own unit Because it was policy never did I ever sign a contract saying that I was obligated to keep my door open while inside my unit, they told me that that’s all storage unit policies so I called around and was told by another storage unit that that was not their policy that if I wanted to shut my door that was up to me so we switched storage units because of this I don’t see where it’s any of their business what I’m doing inside my storage unit please note that the manager could hear that I was on the phone with my mother while I was searching for the clothes I was looking for in totes so she knew what I was doing. She was just being rude and she was very rude about telling me I’m not allowed to have my door shut.Will not be doing business with this company again.
