I loved it at first. Rent went from 141 to almost 200. That’s a lot. Probably will use another month then I gotta find something cheaper. The customer rep that helped me was rude and spoke over me, she had a snotty attitude. They’re are nice enough and safe but 141 to 200… no thanks

I had to update my compromised credit card and Nas took very good care of including turning off the recording so that my credit card number was safe.

KC grave great customer service. I'm glad I called. I was having issues with the website. I needed a specific unit to downsize to and she came through.
