I couldn't get into my storage. Someone replaced the lock. The property manager, I'm sorry, I can't remember your name, was extremely nice. We visited as she removed the lock. All my belongings were still in there. I've used that place since February 2023.

I wish I could give this -10 stars. Read the other reviews and more importantly READ THE COMPANY’S REPLIES! That’ll tell you everything you need to know! Horrible customer service, they will not even attempt to work with you. Their racket is based on hidden charges if you fall behind on your payments. Once they hike the price up from $80 (40 a month, 2 months of auto pay didn’t go through), to $300, so then when they auction your stuff off they won’t have to pay you anything since they have the ability to make up charges that outweigh the amount that the unit sells for. So if you’re like me and put your stuff in storage while you sort yourself out make sure you don’t have any issues with on time payments because they are chomping at the bit to take your stuff to auction. And if you’re wondering if they will help with a payment plan, that answer is also a big fat NO. They don’t. Or won’t… They will charge you $8 bucks to talk to a rep on the phone and do not have a single person that you can talk to without an accent so heavy you can hardly understand them. There are local folks here in town that run actual business and not scam people like spare box does, I’d love to know how much their business brings in from the auction side compared to the rental side.. . I would never ever ever recommend anyone to ever use this company.
