Do not recommend, but if you must don't go on the weekend. Sparebox on helmer gate stopped working, I was stuck inside. Called Customer service in a 3rd world country, was told it was a non emergency, there was nothing they could do on their end, I was informed I should call the police

This is the most worse and unprofessional business I’ve ever had dealings with. Only been here a couple of months and nothing but a headache, like having to acquire another bill just to store something isn’t enough. Made payment 9/8/25, was locked out 9/17/25 and 9/27/25 (won’t go into details about how inconvenient that was). The customer rep on the 27th however decided to argue with me and repeating to “pay my $92 bill”! Emailed proofs of payment (receipt and bank statement both times). They almost had me forgiving them when they went ahead and said my unit would be paid up until 11/19/25. Now today 10/7/25 I wake up to them charging me $76. I contact them, “they’re reaching out to whomever and will call me back”.

I am very happy with the service I received from your representative named "Ashanti" . She was very helpful and courteous as well as professional.
