Beware of pests! Cleaned the unit before we put our belongings in there we only needed it for 2 weeks so we thought it was fine no food stored nothing i even moped the place and broomed it before putting my stuff in it, we found roches in our shoes! When we picked up items. I had no pests!! Just a heads up! The place looked clean not sure if there is an infestation in another unit but a big red flag! Put insurance for sure we made the mistake of not putting it since we were only doing 2 weeks! I called and let them know!

The customer service team is great. But this spot here omg. When I first got the storage unit there was a black widow with egg . I thought ok this must be rare call and they dealt with it. But then I just got back from a year long travel and this is what I open the door to. They need to make pest control standard for the safety of their customers. I opened the door and like 50 spiders running all around.

Originally moved in 10 months ago and everything was great. Neighbors to my site changed over multiple times in that 10 months. Then recently sudden brief issues popped up with a new tenant. After speaking with them, I further decided to alert management about the issue. They handled it very quickly and offered me a site change which I decided to take them up on. I was even offered help in moving my RV should I need it. turned out that wasn’t necessary. The management personnel was really personable, easy to joke with and definitely improved everything about my particular issue.
