Not even customer service, just bad people with bad attitudes. I was driving home and my transmission failed going down the road and this place was the only safe space to stop due to the car crawling 2mph. I parked in a parking space to call a tow truck. Some worker, and older guy came out and starting yelling at us to move because we aren't customers. I had to explain two or three times that my transmission failed and I'm calling a tow truck. He yelled at me because he's tired of people leaving their broken cars on his lot. No form of empathy or apology, no sort of "Oh sorry okay" just yelling, complaining and being nothing but rude. I can't imagine how he treats his actual customers

I've been here for many years now, and the staff is amazing. They make it really easy.
