The way these guys lost my respect over time needs to be studied 😭 Upfront they're nice and polite and act like they're one of the "good businesses", that whole façade. But it slowly becomes clear they're just run of the mill gangsters. Charged me a $200 clean up fee for throwing away a drum set with the biggest item being the bass drum, the size of a box medium-large basically. All fit in the dumpster just fine along with some other trash, plenty of room still left in the dumpster, absolutely no special equipment needed to handle it. Plenty noticeable I'm not made of cash, also. That's honestly the weirdest part and why I wouldn't trust them with my stuff again or recommend them to anyone, how they're willing to treat certain people. Negative side of "mom and pop" type places I guess, sometimes "mom and pop" are creeps

I’ve been a customer here for over a year and have multiple units with them, Lily is amazing!! She’s the reason we keep getting more units and staying! They are super responsive with any questions or issues and so helpful and friendly! 10/10!

The worst and most unprofessional customer service ever accept for the lady running the office she gets 5 stars. Good prices place is run down I pay my bill every month and i cant get access to my unit because my key is not working. I am a authorized contact of the storage unit my key was not working with my lock Spoke with Patrick over the phone very rude. No maintenance person on site and was told would have to wait till 1 PM for the maintenance guy cut the lock off with a 35 dollar charge patrick i was told that if i cut my lock myself, he would call. Cypress PD and have me charged with breaking entering yet Cypress PD said that this would be a civil issue. Their have also been several times that Patrick has made my mom uncomfortable and she felt like patrick was hitting on her. If you value cheap prices but don’t care about customer service this is the place for you. If you value customer service want a nicer place then look for somewhere else to go very un happy overall with my experience and cant wait to cancel
