I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Ki Harris the manager at the St Petersburg 34th St location. I needed help to find the right unit, she patiently walked me through the options and helped me find the perfect size for my belongings. She was professional and greeted me with a smile, making the entire experience pleasant. Her dedication to customer care and problem-solving truly sets her apart. I highly recommend this facility and specifically commend Ki Harris for her excellent work.

Irma's was absolutely easy and awesome, she showed me the unit facility day we’re clean got me enrolled & fully insured in less than 40 minutes paperwork in hand & out the door! Keep up the beautiful work this woman deserve a raise Great customer service I recommend her 100%
