Storage Masters - St. Charles

Amanda was super helpful in assisting me find a storage unit. Took me around in the golf cart to show the available ones I was interested in. She made the process extremely easy!!

Ashley was The manager at the St Charles location and was extremely great to work with. She not only returned my phone calls promptly when I was calling to inquire, but was Great to work with when I became a customer as well. I have never rented a unit before and she was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and was just an all-around great experience for my company and I can tell she's a great asset for the company as well. I have been to quite a few storage facilities and none have made me feel as welcome as storage Masters. Diane did a very good job of making me very comfortable and welcome. They only have 3 stars because they no longer have 24/7 access!!!! The 24-hour access is a must with a job like I have. I strongly recommend anybody that needs to take numerous trips to their unit especially late find some place else. But if that isn't an issue its BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST and has an awesome young lady named Diane that even sends u a hand written thank you letter plus u get discounts for your first 2 weeks and have access 2the moving truck.....SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!
