Susan is the absolute best! Very down to earth and easy to talk to. The units are very nice, gated facilities, and the property manager is very professional. Highly recommend if you're anywhere in the Radcliff, Elizabethtown, Cecilia, Vine Grove area.

Absolutely horrible. Gives you the run around, when you try to get access to your stuff they pretty much say no, as they never have an on site manager to deal with things. They wanted to place a lien against my storage, tried calling multiple times to pay what I owed and remove my belongings, was told they had all day auctions and once again, there was no property manager there to unlock the unit. It’s a headache and completely ridiculous what they get away with!

35 Percent rent increase with no warning, I have not even had the rental six months. Customer service is worthless and there's no on-site manager. There are spiders and bugs from all the holes at the top and bottom of the units.there are also giant holes in the corner where they're running the video cables.
