If I could give negative stars I would. Red Dot advertises they have 24/7/365 access. They do but they are NOT SAFE AND SECURE... the gate is constantly open. Every time we go by, the gate is open. We have been complaining about this for a couple of months and the people we talk to say the "gate is broken". Well if the gate is broken -- fix it!!! Our catalytic converter has been stolen off our motorhome because the gate is always open and nobody monitors who is going in/out. We have talked to other people whose catalytic converters have been stolen off their rigs on the same lot. They have been complaining about the open gate too. Apparently all this is falling on deaf ears. The pictures show where we have pulled up to the lot and sat waiting for about 5 minutes to see if the gate would close. It never closed. We were denied access to the camera footage, the person said they would have to be subpoenaed. That is so wrong. Maybe it's an inside job. The lot in a partnership with the thieves?

I have had them for a year in July and this place is driving me nuts. There are mice droppoing everywhere. They have given me packets to put out but it doesn't help. They offered to let me move to another unit (but what good is that going to do!). The gate at my location has been open for over four months, how is that security? And people live in the, which they are aware of. But I have NEVER seen anyone on site, ever! No management at all. Also they are now raising the rent from 70 a month to 88 a month starting in July! WHAT is going on...
