Delina provided terrific customer service and assistance for me- each time she responded promptly and took care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly kind and helpful and made the extra effort to ensure that I was happy with her service and had my needs met. I’ve been a faithful customer of SROA with three storage units for 2 years now, and Delina was definitely a breath of fresh air as I’ve not encountered this type of quick, thorough, and effective service up to this point with SROA and most other businesses- not even close! All businesses should have someone with a kind servant’s heart like Delina.. She definitely elevated my perception of SROA.
