10/10 recommend!! The units are clean! The area is clean and your storage feels protected! They definitely take pride in their property! I had to end my lease with them and they made it so easy !! This was in the middle of winter and they made sure things were cleaned for us to access and NO WATER during a thaw!

It was easily accessible on-line as well as off by customer service representative.So far so good.Thank you! And the price is reasonable at time to assist my current needs.

Was waiting for the rain to die down a little bit and was sitting by my unit in my truck and was hassled about sitting there. I didn't want my stuff to get soaked. Also I sprayed some free all powder inside and on my pad lock because it was sticking badly and hard to open and close. And again was hassled and asked what it was like I had done something wrong it was hard to open and hard to shut so I tried to fix the issue don't see what the problem is. It works perfectly now and don't have to sit and monkey with it to get the lock to open so I can take it off and open my unit up. I pay for that unit so I should be able to arrange and rearrange my stuff at my leisure. I happened to initially move all of my stuff into the unit in kind of a rush for personal reasons and figured I could organize and rearrange it when I wasn't so pressed for time and urgency to get my belongings from where they were before I bought the unit and stored them in there. I am pretty upset and displeased with how I am being treated just for going through my things and assessing my belongings making sure I didn't leave something behind and never see it again. Might I add I was always in the storage area and unit in the correct posted times of operation between 6:00 A.m and 10:00 p.m I would never leave a single piece of trash and even cleaned up a little bit. I have already been through a lot and enough. I don't need this extra stress about having to get in there and hurry with whatever it is I need to do. I shouldn't feel bad about going there to grab a few things and taking my time doing so. As I don't want to have to make multiple trips as it is kinda outta town a bit and inconvenient enough to drive out there. Edit to my review. I am now giving them 5 stars as I had received a phone call from one of the owners and had gotten a heartfelt apology. Initially there was no intention of being rude to me in anyway. It had to deal with a completely different situation and was a big misunderstanding. I really appreciate the phone call and everything is now good. Great place to store your belongings and great management and or owners. They run a very nice and safe storage lot. Thanks again and will definitely recommend and continue to rent from them without a doubt.
