I have mixed reviews. I think Liz, who works there, is awesome. She’s very helpful, friendly and informative. I give her 5 stars. However, the monthly rental went up significantly, twice within 6 months. I give the company 2 stars.

I got a storage unit in October and have been very happy with the unit and the local staff. I assumed that there would be a price increase at some point but didn't expect one in 3 months and I didn't expect it to be about 30 percent. Keep this in mind when you're looking for storage alternatives. I'll be looking for a new storage company.

Liz and David are wonderful! I met with Liz first when I was looking for a storage unit. She was very kind patient and professional. After speaking with her, I decided this is the best storage unit for my needs, so I made reservations! When I came back to pay for the unit, I met David. He was kind, patient and polite. While having issues with the computer not accepting cash. He called tech support and they figured it out. He was very patient with me and I appreciate that. The both of them are very kind and keeping the place clean. Great team and customer service! Thank you Linda
